How long does shipping from China take?
It depends on the mode and destination. Air freight typically takes 3–7 days door-to-door; rail freight to Central Asia about 15–25 days; sea freight roughly 20–45 days depending on the port. We give you a realistic transit estimate before you book, based on the route and season.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes. Door-to-door (DDP) is one of our core services: we pick up from your supplier in China, handle export customs, move the cargo by air, sea, rail or road, clear import customs at the destination and deliver to your door. You receive one quote and one point of contact throughout.
Can I ship a single pallet or a small box?
Absolutely. We consolidate small shipments into shared containers (LCL) so you pay only for the space your cargo uses. There is no minimum order — we regularly ship single pallets and small parcels to our destinations.
Which countries do you ship to from China?
We specialise in shipping from China to Kaliningrad, Uzbekistan, Madagascar, Azerbaijan, El Salvador, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Iran, as well as Pakistan, Turkey, Iraq, Cuba. If your destination is not on the list, ask us — we can often still arrange the shipment through our partner network.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes, customs is included in our door-to-door service. We prepare the export documentation in China and work with licensed brokers at the destination for import clearance, so you do not need to deal with paperwork or duty declarations yourself.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your cargo is picked up, we send you a tracking reference and keep you updated at each stage — pickup, departure, transit, arrival and delivery. For urgent questions, our team is available by phone or WhatsApp.
Is my cargo insured?
We strongly recommend cargo insurance and can arrange all-risk coverage for your shipment at a small percentage of its value. Claims are handled directly by us through our insurance partners.
How do I get a quote?
