Track Your Shipment
Every CargoSolid Logistics shipment is assigned a dedicated logistics coordinator who proactively reports your cargo status at each milestone – from supplier pickup in China to final delivery at destination.
You do not need to chase carriers or decode carrier websites yourself. We monitor your shipment across the whole route and forward the key updates to you by email or your preferred messaging channel.
How Your Shipment Is Tracked

Milestones We Report for Every Shipment
- Cargo received – goods picked up from your supplier and received at our consolidation warehouse
- Export cleared – Chinese customs declaration completed
- Departed – vessel, flight or truck has departed from China
- In transit – position updates at key transit points and border crossings
- Import cleared – destination customs released the goods (duties paid for DDP shipments)
- Out for delivery – final delivery arranged with the consignee
- Delivered – proof of delivery provided (POD, signed CMR or warehouse check-in)
If any step is delayed – a missed vessel connection, a customs query, a document correction – your coordinator contacts you with the cause and the recovery plan, not just the delay itself.
